Eversource financing route
NEIF
Eligible Eversource businesses may have financing options through the National Energy Improvement Fund (NEIF). The project, utility account, incentive choice, and lender approval determine what is available.

How to read the financing rates
NEIF publishes subsidized 0%, 1.99%, or 2.99% rates up to $100,000 for certain qualifying Eversource program categories through reduced incentives, and below-market financing above $100,000. Those categories do not establish the rate for every heat-pump project. Read NEIF’s published program terms.
As of September 10, 2026, Advanced Ductless reports rates starting at 8.99% for the eligible commercial heat-pump financing route it works with. This is contractor-reported guidance, not a universal rate published by NEIF. Request a current written lender quote; approval and terms apply.
Financing is subject to the utility or lender’s current terms and approval. Incentive eligibility is determined separately, and a subsidized rate may affect the incentive amount. Compare the written equipment price, incentive, financed amount, rate, fees, and payment schedule before authorizing work.
