Most Massachusetts small businesses qualify for a Mass Save® rebate of $2,000 per ton for a qualifying air source heat pump installation, and the rebate cannot exceed the installed cost. Since 1 July 2026 the project must be pre-approved before any equipment is installed. We provide no-cost assessments so you know exactly what to expect before committing.

No. We do not repair or service equipment installed by other companies. If your existing system is failing, we offer a no-cost assessment of whether replacing it with a heat pump is the right call, and if it is, we handle the Mass Save® rebate paperwork end to end. We service the systems we install under warranty and register the manufacturer warranty in your name after installation.

We are based in Randolph, MA and serve small businesses and homeowners within about 30 miles. This includes communities across the South Shore, North Shore, Metro West, and greater Boston area — over 90 towns in total.

A typical mini-split installation for a small business takes one to two days, depending on the number of zones and complexity of the space. We work around your business hours whenever possible to minimize disruption.

We install and service all major heat pump and ductless mini-split system types, and we recommend equipment based on your space and needs — not brand preference. When an older unit is failing, we’ll help you replace it with an efficient, Mass Save® rebate-eligible system.

The utility accounts, existing heating fuel, equipment pairing, and project type determine the route. Existing-building projects replacing or supplementing eligible heating systems need program review and commercial pre-approval before installation. A town name alone does not establish eligibility.

Financing depends on your utility account, project, incentive choice, and approval. Eligible Eversource businesses may have options through NEIF; eligible National Grid businesses may have on-bill repayment. A contractor visit scopes the heat pump installation. A Mass Save® small-business assessment follows the Sponsor’s program and may identify additional efficiency measures. We help confirm the appropriate assessment and application route for your business.

The Customer Directed Option describes a route for eligible small businesses to use a preferred licensed contractor. Discuss the scope with your Sponsor before work; contractor choice does not establish project approval. Heat pumps follow their applicable rebate pathway, not the broader up-to-70% offer.

No. The published enhanced renter offer excludes heat pumps from its up-to-100% coverage. A heat-pump project needs its own incentive review. Confirm the approved amount, remaining cost, and any financing terms in writing; general program headlines do not establish your project price.
